About Projector on Rent in Delhi

We rent out projectors, LED walls, sound systems and computing hardware across Delhi NCR, and we come along to set it all up. The Projector on Rents name has been operating since 2020, working out of Shakarpur in East Delhi, and we form part of the wider Rentoserv group.

Most of our work starts the same way. Somebody has a room, a date and an audience, and needs the kit to make it work. That could be a 40 seat conference in a hotel banquet hall, a product launch that needs an LED wall visible from the back of a car park, or twenty laptops for a two day training programme. We keep our own stock, so what we quote is what turns up.

What we supply

Our rental range covers presentation and display equipment, sound, and computing hardware. On the display side that means projectors and screens in a spread of brightness ratings, plasma and LED televisions, and modular LED video walls for indoor and outdoor use.

For audio we stock speakers, mixers, amplifiers and cordless microphones, either as a straightforward PA system or as part of a full audio visual setup with lighting. Karaoke rigs go out most weekends.

On the computing side we hold laptops, desktops, MacBooks, printers, scanners and high volume photocopiers. Quantities matter here more than anything, so tell us how many machines and for how long, and we will confirm availability before you commit to anything. How hiring from us works

Call or message us with the date, the venue and roughly what you are trying to achieve. You do not need to know the exact model. Describing the room and the audience size is usually enough for us to suggest the right specification.

We send a written quote covering the equipment, the delivery window and whether a technician stays on site. On the day, our team delivers, installs and tests everything before the room fills up. For longer bookings we can leave a technician with you; for a straightforward projector and screen, a phone number to call is normally enough. Collection happens once the event wraps.

Alongside equipment we also plan events end to end, covering birthdays, weddings, product launches, theme parties and corporate functions. The advantage of booking both together is that the AV team and the planning team are the same people, so nobody is waiting on somebody else to arrive.

Why clients come back

The honest answer is logistics rather than equipment. Anyone can source a projector. What decides whether an event runs smoothly is whether the kit arrives with the right cables, whether somebody has tested it against the actual laptop being used, and whether there is a spare within reach when a lamp fails twenty minutes before a keynote. That is the part we have built the business around.

We also try to be straight about what a room needs. A projector rated for a dark conference suite will look washed out in a hall with glass on two sides, and we would rather tell you that when you book than have you find out on the day. If a cheaper item does the job, we will say so.

Where we deliver

We cover Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, with same day delivery possible in most of Delhi NCR when stock allows. Being based in East Delhi means Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar and Shakarpur are quick turnarounds for us, though we run across the whole region. Common questions

How far in advance should I book?
A week is comfortable. During wedding season and the December corporate rush, two to three weeks is safer for LED walls and larger sound systems. Single projectors we can often manage same day.

Do you deliver and install, or do I collect?
We deliver and install as standard, and we test everything before we leave. Self collection is possible for smaller items if you prefer.

What is the minimum rental period?
One day for most items. Weekly and monthly rates work out considerably cheaper for laptops, desktops and printers.

What happens if something fails during the event?
Call the number on your booking. For events where downtime is not an option, tell us at quotation stage and we will price in a standby unit.

Can I see the equipment first?
Yes. You are welcome at our Shakarpur office, and our equipment gallery shows a good deal of the current stock.
