Karaoke on Rent in Delhi NCR
A karaoke setup is one of those things people book two days before the party and then wish they had sorted out a week earlier. We keep complete systems ready to go across Delhi NCR: speakers, cordless microphones, a mixer and a song library, delivered and tuned in your room rather than handed over in a box at our counter.
What arrives when you book
A standard karaoke hire is two powered speakers on stands, a mixing console with echo and reverb, two cordless handheld microphones, and a screen or television to display lyrics. For a flat or a small banquet room that combination is usually plenty. Larger halls need more speaker power and often a subwoofer, which is where our PA system range comes in.
The song library runs to several thousand tracks covering Hindi film music from the seventies onward, Punjabi, regional selections and the English standards people actually sing rather than the ones nobody knows. If you want particular songs available on the night, send us the list when you book and we will load them.
Matching the system to the room
Two things decide what you need: how many people, and whether the walls are hard or soft. Forty guests in a carpeted living room need far less power than forty guests in a marble banquet hall, where sound bounces and speech turns to mush. Tell us the venue type and the headcount and we will specify from there rather than selling you the biggest rig on the shelf.
Outdoor karaoke on a terrace or lawn is a different problem again. Sound disperses with nothing to reflect off, so you need more power for the same perceived volume, and you need to think about where the speakers point. We would rather discuss that before delivery than improvise on the night.
Where karaoke actually gets booked
House parties and birthdays are the bulk of it, usually Friday and Saturday evenings. Corporate teams book karaoke for annual nights and offsites, often alongside a stage and lighting, which we handle through our corporate event work. Wedding families take a system for the sangeet, where it doubles as the announcement mic for the evening.
We also get a steady run of society and RWA events, where the system needs to be loud enough for a courtyard but simple enough that somebody who is not a sound engineer can run it once we leave. If that is your situation, say so and we will set the mixer conservatively and label the two controls you actually need.
A word on microphones
Cordless microphones are where cheap karaoke hires fall apart. Budget units drift onto crowded frequencies and you get dropouts and hiss precisely when the room is full and somebody is mid chorus. We use frequency agile handhelds and check the band at the venue before we hand over. It is a small thing that decides whether the evening works.
Two microphones is standard because karaoke turns out to be a duet activity more often than people expect. A third and fourth are available if you are running a competition format with teams.
Delivery across Delhi NCR
We deliver to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad. Being based in East Delhi, bookings around Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar and Shakarpur are quick for us, but the whole region is served. The coverage list has the localities in detail.
Setup takes about thirty to forty minutes including a sound check. Collection is normally the next morning for an evening party, which means nobody is packing speakers away at one in the morning.
Questions we get asked
Do I need a separate television for the lyrics?
Not necessarily. We can supply a screen with the system, or run the lyrics to a television you already have if it takes an HDMI input. Tell us which when you book.
Can we connect a phone or laptop for our own playlist?
Yes. The mixer takes an auxiliary input and Bluetooth, so the same speakers cover background music between karaoke rounds.
How late can we run it?
That is a venue and neighbour question rather than an equipment one. Rules across Delhi NCR generally stop amplified sound outdoors at ten at night. Indoors at sensible volume is a different matter.
What if something stops working mid party?
Call the number on your booking sheet. For events where a failure would be genuinely awkward, ask us at quotation stage and we will price in a standby microphone and mixer.
If you have a date, send us the details or call +91-991-027-7158 and we will confirm availability and a price.
